Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing the end-to-end L&D function of Envecon Group of Companies

- Implementing a structured approach to Training Needs Identification (TNI)

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs based on identified needs

- Implement monthly and annual training calendar

- Facilitation of end to end Training sessions

- Manage the L&D budget

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

- Internal Stakeholder Management

- SPOC for OEM / Business Partner – Learning Academy L&D Reports & ROI

- Implement Industry best practices

Educational Requirements

- MBA - HR

Experience Requirements

- Proven experience in managing end to end Learning & Development programs

- Ability to facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions.

- Capable of analyzing learning needs & designing programs to address those needs.

- Strong communication (Written & Verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Good MS Excel & PPT Skill
