Job description

  • Business Process and Requirements Understanding, and mapping to a System Process.
  • Should be able to contribute to the technical design discussions.
  • Ability to categorize the business requirements with the scope of the project to accept/reject the requirements.
  • Develop and document the process and Business Requirement Document
  • Develop and document the process and Solution Design Documents
  • Develop and document training material customized to project requirements
  • Good Project Management and Project Tracking Skills
  • Enforcing change management process through the approved channels
  • Proactively gathering information/requirements and maintaining proper logs/documentation
  • Configuring, and maintaining the application and all its modules, interfaces, and integrations
  • Ensuring continuous service improvement of the Application functionalities and performance.
  • Continuously contributing to the ongoing and new enhancement whenever required.
  • Closely working with all stakeholders to align changes required in Application to the Business needs
  • Closely working with the project team to support the successful delivery of new initiatives.
  • Mitigating identified risks and ensuring to report them through the appropriate channels.
  • Prepare Project reports to the customers and inhouse

Required Candidate profile

  • Graduate or Post Graduate Preferably MBA from a reputed institute- with clear and good English Communication
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good in Analysis and Presentation.
