• Total Experience : 15-18 year SAP Experience. At least 6-7 years as Project Manager – SAP HR
• On-site Experience : Preferred
• Preferred Qualification : Engineering with MBA preferred
• Travel Long Term/Short Term : Should be ready to travel on-site for short term and long term

• Summary Job Description :
• On-site Experience in Years : Overseas exposure of 1-2 years at least in SAP consulting with SAP project management Skill
• Total Experience : 12+ Years
• Project management Experience : 3 to 5 Years
• Qualification : Engineering, MBAs/C.A/ICWA preferred. Having PMP Certified will be an added advantage.
• Communication Skills : Good communication skills (Spoken, written) are essential

• Key Responsibilities :

• Leading project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, milestones goals and deliverables
• Manage project change and change requests
• Maximize offshore leverage
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project budget, revenue, margin and overall financial performance
• Manage project resource allocation, team management and motivation Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Client relationship management Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results

• Skills Desired :

• Leading project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully
• Need to have SAP consulting background basically financial domain
• Experience of delivering at least two end-to-end SAP projects preferably for the UK customer
• Should be well conversant with ASAP method and standard PM practices
• Exposure to RFI / RFP. Strong solution content on one or more of SAP modules.

• Preferred Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business or computer science (or similar). Relevant Certifications from SAP on trainings attended for presales or new technology initiatives.
