• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Resource Management:
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adjust allocations as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and support.
• Project Cost Estimation:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Evaluate cost-effectiveness and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Revenue and Budget Management
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Monitor and track project expenditures against the budget.
• Provide financial forecasts and reports to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
