Job Description: 

  • Provide Technical Support to the teams within the organization and to external clients.
  • Managing ticketed query system
  • Ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Managing and updating technical documents & procedures
  • Assisting with system integrations
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Ability to develop required reports as per the requirement in Excel

Required Candidate profile

  • *Good understanding of L1 support programming
  • *Good understanding of SQL server database & queries.
  • *Good verbal and written communication skills
  • *Willing to work in rotational shifts
