Job Description:
- Provide Technical Support to the teams within the organization and to external clients.
- Managing ticketed query system
- Ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Managing and updating technical documents & procedures
- Assisting with system integrations
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
- Ability to develop required reports as per the requirement in Excel
Required Candidate profile
- *Good understanding of L1 support programming
- *Good understanding of SQL server database & queries.
- *Good verbal and written communication skills
- *Willing to work in rotational shifts
