Envecon kicked off an IFS Applications implementation project in Container and General Cargo Terminal in Liberia. This terminal handles a substantial amount of Liberia’s import and export of cargo which is critical to the country’s economy.
Project scope includes IFS Applications implementation covering business solutions for Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Service Management and Finance.
Envecon will leverage on its vast experience of IFS Applications implementation in Ports and Terminals to streamline operations with optimization of Terminals resources.
Project Delivery will be based on Envecon’s tried and tested IFS Implementation methodology which is based on Prince2 Project management methodology.
Project Delivery is planned in four stages like Initiate, Establish, Implement and Go Live. Project will be executed in hybrid mode of onsite and offsite implementation and is scheduled to complete all module delivered in 3.5 months.
