Envecon has laid foot print in Thailand to add one more satisfied customer and country on its global footprint map. Envecon has successfully implemented IFS Application 8 in one of the largest terminal in Thailand . LCIT is managed by DP World, one of the largest container operators in the world.
The terminal is one of the most modern port of Thailand and one of the best in Asia (under 4mn TEUs) operated by a global giant in Ports and Terminals Industry. It is the first 1st Terminal in Thailand to Achieve Certificate ISO 28000:2007 Security Management System for the Supply Chain.
The terminal, serves as a gateway for containerized goods to and from key Asian markets, it is within close proximity to the Industrial Estate Zone, Free Zone and Logistics centers.
Envecon was chosen as Implementation Partner to implement IFS Applications and integrate it with other third party applications. Scope of the implementation was limited to IFS Finance Module and integration with existing third party applications. Project was managed in hybrid mode of onsite and offsite implementation where 62% of the work was covered from offsite location. This has helped in optimizing TCO to big extent.
Envecon has used its own IFS implementation methodology based on Prince2 Project Management Methodology to execute project in four stages like Initiate, Establish, Implement and Go Live.
