Envecon has been awarded an IFS ERP implementation project for a Container Terminal in Costa Rica. This terminal currently services large amount of country’s international commerce.
Project scope includes IFS Applications implementation covering business solutions for Finance, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Asset Management.
Envecon will leverage on its vast experience of IFS Applications implementation in Ports and Terminals to streamline operations with optimization of Terminals resources.
Project delivery will be based on Envecon’s tried and tested IFS Implementation methodology which is based on Prince2 Project management methodology.
Project delivery is planned in four stages like Initiate, Establish, Implement and Go Live. Project will be executed in hybrid mode of onsite and offsite implementation.
