Envecon, a global IT service provider today announced the successful implementation of IFS Enterprise solutions for NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and engaged in providing consultancy in all spheres of agriculture, rural development, especially multi-disciplinary projects, banking, institutional development, infrastructure, training, and allied areas.
The Project started in December 2017 with NABCONS wanting to bring in efficiency in their processes, achieve the objectives of operational efficiency, and optimize operational cost in the areas of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Project Management and Business Development. Envecon with its in-depth knowledge, rich experience, and expertise in IFS Applications were chosen to digitalize NABCONS business system.
The Project came to be successfully implemented by Envecon which included end-to-end implementation of IFS ERP solutions – Finance, Supply Chain & Projects. The scope of work included implementation, maintenance, provide and maintain infrastructure services, maintain the updates and upgrades of IFS Applications, database maintenance and any other activities required to keep the solution up and running for NABCONS to continue its business process. The services also include on-site L1 support for 5 years.
Implementation of IFS ERP solution has enabled NABCONS to streamline processes, enhance day-to-day operations, increase operational efficiency and significantly reduce operational cost. NABCONS also leverages the best practices and techniques offered by the IFS Applications solution in order to bring in efficiency in their processes.
NABCONS has achieved the following benefits from the implementation.
1. Bring in the best of systems/processes broadly but not limiting to Finance, Accounting, Project Management and Business Development areas to enhance efficiency of the NABCONS day-to-day operations and Management reporting.
2. Accessible from multiple locations via Internet.
3. Capable enough to execute all transactions, admin tasks etc. from all locations by users authorized to perform such tasks.
4. Centralized Implementation on Cloud
